Mayor of West Jakarta Administration, Anas Effendi asks the headman to follow up all public complaints through the Qlue app. Anas reminds, the headman performance will be monitored from report handling.

Cengkareng Barat has 364 complaints. 78 of them are been followed up

He highlighted the number of public complaints in three urban villages in West Jakarta, starting from Kapuk, Tanjung Duren Utara and Cengkareng Barat. 

"Cengkareng Barat has 364 complaints. 78 of them are been followed up. The most complaint is illegal parking. I want the headman to coordinate with West Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept about illegal parking handling," he expressed, Tuesday (4/12).

Besides that, public complaints that have not been responded in Palmerah Urban Village are also highlighted. From 41 complaints, 26 of them are not yet followed up. Most complaint is about violation.

His party also instructs West Jakarta Communication, Informatic and Public Relation Sub-dept to intensively monitor the qlue rank in urban village.

"They cannot push green light after following up the complaint. If it was followed up, please turn on the light. I want daily report about qlue development in urban village," he finished.
